Here are the answers to some of your questions




 
1. Is it safe to do online shopping?
Absolutely! Hijabsara does not store any of your bankcard details and has absolutely no access to your bank account at anytime! All the payments are done online via reputable e-payment gateway or for a safer bet, you can always use your local bank deposit!
For international buyers, you can always put your trust in PayPal or Western Union!


2. What Payment types do you accept?
Currently we’re accepting most online payment system through our online e-payment gateway, Malaysian Bank Deposit (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) and PayPal/ Western Union!


3. What are your shipping options, policies and prices?

Currently for Malaysia customers, we only send using Poslaju Service. It's an express delivery service with tracking number and insurance. We will only be held responsible as long as the items are still in our warehouse, once the items are shipped out, it will solely be POSLAJU responsibility to ensure it'll reach your doorstep within 2-3 working days. For the shipping price! Deliveries within peninsular Malaysia will be charged at RM7 flat, and for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan, the fees are at RM9 flat rate.
For the meantime, we will handle our international orders separately via email as we will quote you according to the weight of your orders.

4. Can I refund the products?

If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your order, please email to us info.hijabsara@gmail.com
We will respond to your email request right away . The items returned are valid only:
* The items must not be laundried, washed, altered or worn with all the tags and packaging intact.
* All items must be posted within seven (7) days after receiving it.
* Returned items received without abiding the above will not be accepted.
* Items will only be exchanged upon stock availability
*The shipping cost will be bear by customers.
* All return items will be processed by our Return/ Exchanges Department. It will take up to 7 working days upon item received.


Terms and conditions for Return/ Exchanges
* Please take note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Hijabsara Online Store portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.
* There could be creases as the items are sent via mail. Returns due to creased will not be processed.
* Hijabsara is not liable for items that are bought out from any third party. Only returns with correct order id will be attended
* Any item that was not purchased at full price cannot be returned. This includes both sale and promotional items.
* If you are unsure of the condition of the items, please contact us.


5. Do I have to sign for my parcels once its arrived?
Because our parcels are sent via a tracked service you will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If no one is at home, you can opt for a second delivery or a self pick-up service at your nearest post office using your reference number.

6. What happen after I place my order? (cash deposit machine)

  • Upon placing your order you will receive an invoice e-mail confirmation.
  • Please reply with a proof of transactions.
  • One of our attendee will review your order to make sure all the information is correct and the item(s) is ready to be delivered.
  • Our shipping department packs your item(s) and delivers them to your doorstep!
7. What happened if the item is backordered?
Hijabsara does everything possible to ensure that our products are in stock and ready-to-ship. However, sometimes demand outpaces supply and we fall short. In these rare circumstances we will notify you by e-mail that an item in your order is backordered. The backordered item will be send as soon as it becomes available. Since we are also the manufacturer, we make sure that backordered items are promptly replenished. Typically, the delay will be no more than 2-3 weeks, if you can’t wait, you’ll get your money back plus additional shopping voucher.

8. How can I check the status of my delivery?
You can check the status of your delivery by visiting Poslaju Track or call 1-300-300-300 for more accurate answer. You will need the reference number from your Order Confirmation.

9. The item I ordered last week just went on sale!
Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can't provide a refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it.


10. How can I ask questions about ordering?
